2020 Must Have Tools Gift Guide

These are what I feel are the must-have tools of 2020.  Some of them are tools I own and a few of them are on my own Christmas wish this year.

All of the links are affiliate links to Scrapbook.com.  Using my links won't cost my shoppers anything, but I will earn a little commission if you choose to use them.  Ready?  Let's dive in!

Sizzix Heat Tool - Perfect for embossing with dual settings.  My heat tool died after 20 years of love and use and it's time to add a new one to the tool stash.

Tim Holtz Craft Knife - Newly redesigned to use standard blades and it's retractable.  Is there anything better?  I would love to add this to my crafting tools this holiday season, as I'm tired of keeping track of a craft knife lid.  We won't even mention accidental stablings I've done to my hands over the years.

Fiskars Trimmer - I've been using this trimmer for YEARS!  I love this version with the wire and how easy it is to use.  I have a guillotine style as well, but I find myself always going back to this one.  The blades are refillable and easy to change.

Spellbinders Quick Trimmer for Foil & Paper - While I don't do any foiling, YET!  I do love making small sentiment strips and this would make trimming them so much faster and easier.  I could easily use the small strips in my stash without the hassle of trying to trim them on with a paper trimmer.

Ranger Heat It Craft Tool - If you're a Distress Ink lover or a watercolor junkie you need this in your tool arsenal.  While you can emboss with it, and I do, it's not the ideal tool for embossing.  It is however the ideal tool for drying wet mediums as you build layers.

Fiskars Razor Edge Easy Action Shears -  Quite honestly my favorite thing about these shears is that there are no finger holes!!!  I hate finger holes on scissors.  My second favorite thing is the super pointy sharp tip, perfect for any fussy cutting job.

Tim Holtz Glass Mat & Tool Set Bundle - Can you buy the mat alone?  Yes, but I highly encourage you to buy the bundle.  I have the travel size, which I love and was perfect before I got a bigger desk.  Now I wish I had the bigger mat, but I do have the tools and I use them all the time!!  Get the set!  It's worth it!  You can also order a Left-Handed Glass Mat or Left-Handed Travel Glass Mat as well.

Spoil the crafty person in your life or buy yourself a little something, or better yet share this blog post and let someone spoil you.  These will be great gifts to find under this year's tree.
