MFT Cross Stitch Scalloped Tag - Happy Fall

Hello Lovely.  Here's hoping we both have a beautiful week this week.  This weekend I did a bit of stitching to get my creative juices flowing again.  We're starting the week with this Fall card.  I found the leaf pattern on Pinterest and free handed the "Fall" letters.  Let's get to the details.

I started with a kraft cardstock tag I cut using the My Favorite Things Die-namics Cross Stitch Scalloped tag die.  I stitched the leaf and the word "Fall" using DMC size 5 thread in #922.  To complete the tag I added a back with the same kraft cardstock and a bit of vintage seam binding tape for a bow.

I used my trusty Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangles die to cut a panel from an older pad of My Mind's Eye pattern paper, which I added to a cream card base.  I adhered the completed tag and added the "happy" to the tag with a bit of foam tape.
